Hi guys. I must be missing something obvious, but I just started the game and can't even get my truck to move forward or backwards. I am using a h-pattern shifter with a clutch (and a wheel, which is turning on-screen too). I put it in first gear, and I can see that it worked in the dash (display changes from N to 1). The gas pedal is registering, because I am getting revs when I push it.
